"I applied here with my husband and I was in the rain for 45 minutes the showing was at 8 am and I called and called and no one came I had to call the maintenance guy who picked up to come get me after that we lost 100$ after applying the lady who’s the manager LIVES on property so I don’t see what the problem was. The after filling out the application, I have a ESA dog and she decided to ask what my disability is and that’s illegal to ask someone’s disability and health records. AVOID this place! They are very inconsiderate of people. The apartment was nice. But beyond that if you already having problems before living there don’t go! This place the management is terrible. Good thing we found elsewhere."

"I had nowhere to post this review except here. Contacted them for a scheduled showing. They set a scheduled time well in advance. Last minute (the day before) they contacted me saying there was no availability. Referred me to the Topanga Villa apartment complex. Scheduled another showing well in advance. Once again canceled last minute. Very unprofessional. They didn't even apologize to me and just said they would pass along the feedback. If they can't even schedule a showing properly I can't even imagine them doing anything else better. Avoid at all costs."

"My brother lived there for about 7 years and loved it, I always enjoyed going to visit him there it was quiet and peaceful.."

"The management at this place is the worst. She doesn't help the tenants at all. She's letting the place fall apart. No proper care for the grounds has been done for months, without actual reason. She yells at tenants who need help. The place smells terrible all the time. It wasn't like this when the previous manager was there. This new one is turning the property into a pit. There's been a burned out section of the complex with nothing done for over a year! Honestly I'd tell people to avoid this place at all costs and tell the ones there to get out if they can."

"Nice quieter area for the central SF Valley. Off the main streets & gated. As far as living quality, each apartments seems a little different but ours had nice new flooring and freshly painted over cabinets and walls so it felt clean and fresh! It truly was a great first home. The utilities except electric were paid which is great for the all-gas apt! The swimming pool and hot-tub are a welcome relief in all seasons and the landscaping is kept up quite nicely! One parking space per bedroom so if you have two cars, one needs to go on the street, which is the only real hardship here. Parking is incredibly difficult.. sometimes have to park a few blocks away and walk home. But, its Los Angeles. This place truly stands out from others in the area and management is friendly, accommodating, and all around helpful! 248"
