"I used to live here, the current manager doesn't do anything about the RAT problem in the apartments, got bed bugs here, heard people got cockroaches in a separate area from mine, no privacy, manager yells at children for playing outside and threatens to call the police, was threatened with eviction several times for stupid reasons before moving out, no compassion or sympathy from the manager and staff you rely on, if you can avoid it please don't move here"

"Absolutely no privacy. Manager enters unit with less than 4 hours notice and goes through drawers. Inspections almost monthly. Manager is practically illiterate and can’t even compose her own emails. If possible, avoid this place. The manager is friends with her supervisor, so all her illegal activity goes unchecked. They also put random violations in tenants files with the wrong tenants names. It’s unbelievable HUD hasn’t caught this yet. Manager throws away kids toys and bikes and has physically grabbed items out of children’s hands. If you value your privacy or rights, don’t move here."
