"I’m sorry, but as you can see in the rest of the reviews others are saying about this place. I don’t even believe that this property even deserves a star at all. Pretty much the whole time I lived here, they never fixed the black mold in our restroom. They are liars, and will only screw you over. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! You will regret it!!! Please take my advice and if you do end up renting here. You can’t say no one warned you."

"Roaches, black mold in the bathroom walls. When we told management about these problems nothing was done, there is gnats in the summer. They painted the outside but the building is old and full of bugs. When they do repairs it is not timely, they told us they would work on the bathroom on a certain day and then weeks go by past that day and they show up unannounced in your place. They told us we would be getting a fire pit near the pool then built an ugly, unless fountain. They will lie to you. Gas light you. Not respect your time. Also it's almost 2 grand a month for a studio. Your better off going to the hillcrest next door where they have actual amenities and don't lie straight to your face. A potential health concern."

"The building was bought out by an investment company and you can really tell that they're using this property as a piggy bank. They lie about the square feet of units (500 for a studio, not 550 like the listings say), the notices are always given the day before with very easy to fix spelling errors as if they were written an hour beforehand (they probably were), the new manger doesn't live on site like the last one did so she barely shows up, and they changed the locks to the laundry rooms without informing anyone. It feels like the whole point of purchasing the property was to build a portfolio instead of provide housing to people. Any complaints and emails go unresolved because the new owners just don't care about the people living here. She only shows up if your rent is a day late. Look elsewhere for housing unless you like your home being ignored by the people who own it."
