"The ladies at the leasing office are very sweet, the turn around time between putting in a work order for something to be fixed and it getting fixed is really quick, and I love how much storage space there is in the apartment! There were 2 reasons that I 4/5 stars. The first reason is that I am a night shift nurse, so I have to sleep during the day. Sometimes, my neighbors play loud music or the trees need to be trimmed, and sleeping is a challenge. My ear plugs definitely help though! The second reason is my fiance ordered some jeans, they arrived to the wrong apartment, and then the lady at that apartment never saw the package. So, I'm not sure, but was it stolen??"

"Literally the worst apartment complex to rent from do not live here. Constantly turned off water with no notice. Sent emails saying you can’t park your car in the complex if you don’t have a CA license plate. Let homeless people live in the parking lots and use the washer and dryers. Was threatened by one of these homeless people and when I told management they told me there was nothing they could and let him continue to live out of his car. DO NOT live here, it’d be better to save your money and live out of a cardboard box."

"Management is on top of it when it comes to solutions for your maintenance needs. The only downfall is no washer and dryers inside the townhome. Other then that the grounds are super clean, the pool are is awesome, gym very nice, laundry room open until 2 am. But washers are out of date and break down all the time. But if you want to live somewhere nice this is the place!"
