Lynn Villa Apartments - DRL Management

"Disgusting, dirty, horrible management. This complex has been shut down by the health department 5 times in the last two years for sewage and pipe issues that they REFUSE to fix. Everything in our apartment was broken and no matter how many times we requested assistance for it to be fixed, never happens. The walls are paper thin- zero insulation you freeze in the winter and bake in the summer- just stay away there are so many other better places to live - this place should be shut down."

"We went to the property, and we drove up super excited with my dauther. My daughter and I liked that it was near shopping centers. Anywho! As soon as we opened they door we were hit with a smell that was horrendous. The smell was comined with sweat and other disgusting smells! Everything was completly DIRTY NO KIDDING AT ALL! My daughter and I were paiently waiting for the manger to come back. We were hanging there with a disgusting smell.We went outside to see what it was like. It was messy. Just going into the office gives you a disgusting empresson. To wrap this review up this was a place filled with filith."
