"I am writing this as someone who is shopping around for apartments. We looked at a property yesterday. We met with Jessica. I was absolutely in love with the community as soon as I saw it. Jessica was fantastic and kind, I have looked at a few other homes in Camarillo and was either met with a pushy sales person or self guided tours where I am not able to ask any questions. Jessica was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the area and units and gave us a tour of the entire property. She talked about stuff to do in the area and walked us around the little shopping area and gave us an idea of what may be opening in the area soon. The unit was beautiful. We were able to tour an empty unit as well as a model with furniture. She was in no rush and let us take our time looking and asking questions. Yes it is a bit expensive, just like the rest of camarillo., but I was actually surprised that these beautiful apartments were about the same price as the much older unkempt apartments in town. This is a dog friendly community and that was a big plus for us. We will be submitting an application today. If for some reason we do not qualify my review won't change a bit it was still a pleasure to meet with Jessica in this beautiful community. I absolutely felt at home without even submitting paperwork. Another big plus is that the office is open 7 days a week and was able to schedule a tour on a Sunday"

"I moved in about two weeks ago. Debbie has been excellent and always available for any questions during the transition of my living situation. The community is safe where I feel ok to walk my dog at night. Plenty of amenities, beautiful park and trail to enjoy, a villa like environment. It does not feel like an apartment here. The residents here have been super friendly, everyone says hi. If you’re lost, someone is always willing to help. I really wish the restaurants and Shops were open more often, it’s a convenience having them nearby. I would totally go when I’m off work especially weekends. I work from home due to COVID, like many. The only downside is, kids can get really loud while playing outside where the sound picks up during my zoom calls in the afternoon (even with windows closed). So I try to schedule meetings to mornings to avoid the play rush hour. Other than that, fantastic place, perfect weather and wonderful people. Love it!"
