"We have been residents since 2019. We love this area, an epicenter of Oxnard, Ventura County. A short distance from Santa Barbara up north and Los Angeles down south. A very diverse and family oriented community. When the world turned upside down during the COVID-19 pandemic, the property Manager Mandy Hall and her team help all the residents in coping with the chaos and craziness. I commend Mandy and her team for being accommodating, compassionate, and steadfast while maintaining professionalism."

"The staff is amazing!!! Always so sweet and ready to help. Mandy helped us move in and also helped us upsize and she made the process so easy. She always had our best interest at heart. The maintenance workers are also amazing. They’ve responded quick to our maintenance request no matter if they were super small and every time I see them they greet me with a smile and a good morning. I feel very welcomed and safe here. This is a very convenient location as well. Love how close the bars, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are. Blessed to call this place home."
