We are proud to provide housing for farmworker families, with twenty-seven apartments specifically designated for this purpose. Families in these units pay 30 percent of their monthly adjusted income, with rental assistance provided by the United States Department of Agriculture-Rural Development (USDA-RD) to eligible farmworker families.
