"I had a lot of friends I have lived in two apartments the lost apartment I lived it I lived there for 5-8 years then there were new neighbors right by and all of a sudden rats start coming and we moved it a couple of days I ended up losing a lot of my friends"

"Moved in on the 1st of this month and have been totally satisfied and super impressed with the efficiency of Pauline, Frederico, and the other staff at Mira Loma Apartments. The Neighborhood is family and pet friendly, and very quiet. The pool is also a bonus, for sure."

"Google post I have lived here twice with a total of 8 years. The first time (5 years) the living conditions were ok. Management was great at responding to maintenance requests, but the constant sewage drain clogging up in our patio and mold in our unit was a hazard. Second time living here was our worse experience (3 years).New management is unprofessional and untrained. Since changing management it has gone all down hill. New manager Pauline is very unprofessional; Haydee the assistant is much more professional then manager. Pauline lives on the premises and walks around in sweatpants on a daily basis. Maria (previous manager) was always dressed professional. Pauline expects you to follow the property rules except she doesn’t follow them herself. Example, pets are to be on leashes while walking but I’ve witness her walking her dogs around the property without a leash. They are also a nuisance. The property has constant plumbing problems and one day they turned off the water without notice. When I called in several times after almost 10 hours of being unable to use my own bathroom; I was told that it wouldn’t be long time after time. But by the 10th hour I was fed up and ask them to immediately turn it on since I need to use MY OWN BATHROOM. Pauline was upset and cursed me out then hung up. I called right back and received the same attitude. By then I was forced to call the LA office to file a complain. After that experience, Pauline would have her assistant deal with any problem related to our unit; which I didn’t mind since she was so rude to us. What type of manager avoids tenant?!? You are paid to deal with the property along with tenants, Pauline. On our move out day the assistant was unavailable so Pauline was forced to do the final inspection which took her less than 1 minute to complete while she tried to avoid talking to us but of course I had my complaints about her “so called” inspection and when she didn’t like what she heard she walked away without taking the unit keys. Do not rent from this property. There are so many problems with each unit example both times I lived here I’ve had mold and plumbing problems which are fixed at the bare minimum and continue being a problem. Landscaping is done twice a week but the property still looks horrible due to other tenants not cleaning up after their pets and management not enforcing property rules. Parking is a joke as you have to park far from your unit. The property has surveillance cameras but they do not record. I’ve never use the laundromat because the machines are so filthy is like washing your clothes using sewage water. This property use to have several maintenance man but new management wanted to cut budget so they are down to one older gentleman who works the whole property; so maintenance request take awhile. Point is for the amount the charge for these units it’s not worth having to deal with sewage, poor maintenance fix, mold, poor parking, and definitely not incompetent management."

"Toured this place with my SO and i was disappointed. The rooms we viewed were decent and actually a nice size, but the upkeep of the facility as a whole is poor. Poor roads, lack of gardening and the patio of the apartments are nothing buy rocks and drainage. Total hazard to small pets and children. Looks like a concentration camp. Considering all the amenities nearby, its a shame."

"next door to Grocery store, Pharmacy, bakery, car wash, gas station and Del taco, Boys and Girls Club with in a 5-10 min walk. No need to drive unless your taking your car to get washed and pump gass. And for those with kids, the bus drive in to pick up and drop of thr kids. You can pay your rent on line. The only thing about the appts. is that you could hear when your neighbors talk, unless they have soft voices."
