"It has been 7 months and I still have not gotten my security deposit back. The property manager at 85th W 5th. said earlier it was sent to the wrong address but I never got it when they sent it again. I want to assume their internal handling is this bad, but again I am tired contacting them again and again to ask for the update to get my security deposit check back. This is so frustrating."

"We’ve lived here since the start of the pandemic and it’s been great. Maintenance is super fast and helpful. Shout out to Fermin! If you have toddlers make sure your child’s room doesn’t have the floor to ceiling windows. Close to Central Park, the Main library, and downtown. I agree with the package theft issue though. We’ve had more packages than we can count stolen from the mailroom. One was irreplaceable. This needs to get resolved asap. It’s been more than a year and the issue keeps getting worse. Only reason I’m giving a 3 star review."
