"I made a reservation online and immediately after I realized that I entered the time incorrectly and tried to fix it, but the hotel employee didn't help me in any way and then didn't cancel my reservation, they officially stole my money"
"This Hotel ripped me off...I was paying with cash, and the counter guy told me it was $130.00 for one night. Ive stayed here several times in the past, and never payed that much. Besides that, I got up at 6am to drive girlfriend to work, and upon returning to the hotel, the bed linen was gone. Evidentally from maids, wanted a head start. This was ridiculous, had no bedding to go back to sleep, as checkout isnt until 11am. I did complain to the guy working in the morning, and said for $130.00 I should at least have bed linen until checkout. He said, we never charge $130 per night, and printed out my invoice that showed $100.00. So the night guy pocketed the $30.00...What a ripoff..This place just sucks beyond belief. Don't pay with cash..youll get ripped off..Giving ony one lousy star, as that's all they deserve. If I could give it a zero, I surely would. Run by Arabs, that rip people off..."
