"My husband and I are so happy at Brickline flats! We have an awesome location in downtown San Mateo with some delicious coffee shops and morning walks to Central Park. The staff is so friendly here, I’ve met Nicole and Kim so far and they are both very attentive and responsive. The units themselves are newly built, super modern with great views and they have a super unique rooftop where you can have fun get togethers. If you’re looking for a new place I recommend you check them out! I don’t think you’ll regret it :)"

"I checked out Brickline Flats last week and it was a beautiful property. We were just in the neighborhood checking out the area and were recommended by Brickline team to visit their open house and enjoy SM Annual Fall Festival over the weekend, We were greeted by a warm welcome from Kimberly, Nicole and Sage. Property has a 2nd floor courtyard, breath taking views on their rooftop with an inferno pizza oven! Great location, steps away from tons of restaurants and Cal Train. Looks like they are offering great incentives to be their first “neighbors”! We are excited to see what the commercial space will bring to downtown, thanks again and good luck!"
