"One day they didn't clean my room but the front staff said it was because I had put the door sign. No way!!! They didn't say sorry either. Room was good. There is a middle size fridge and microwave."
"I am very displeased with one aspect of this hotel. Charging $19 for a breakfast buffet that frankly every comparable hotel that I've ever stayed in offers gratis to its guests? Would it really kill them to put out some greasy eggs and hash browns and a coffee machine and let guests we're paying a premium price for the room to use that benefit? It really does seem like it's nickel and diming you to death"
"I am super disappointed in the policy of this hotel of charging $19 for what normally would be a complimentary breakfast in any other comparable hotel that I've stayed in. That's just super cheap. When I ask the gentleman what was included with the room he pointed over to the coffee machine. Come on people you can do better than that!"
"Great hotel for this area! Love that there is a full service bar and restaurant in the hotel. Room was very clean and modern. Shower water pressure was a bit low, but that not a fault of the hotel as it is regulations in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again in the future!"
"We had a work holiday party at this hotel. The customer service was excellent! Our event coordinator Maribel was so accommodating, available, friendly, and efficient. She really aimed to please."
