"Sandy the manager took such good care of my father up until he passed away in 2013. She was such a huge help to him and to us sorting out his affairs after the fact. The property is safe and secure, well maintained and clean. Activities daily for residence and close to shopping and such for those who can get out. Cute smaller complex where everyone knows everyone. Cozy and very warm atmosphere. I hope Sandy is still there, she is excellent as a manager."
"These senior apartments floor plan is shown at 524sqft in size. Small to others that are available. It has 63 units in a 3story building built in 1987. Lobby is spotless, manager does take care of this facility. Lots of uncovered parking. Next door to a little shopping center with a Safeway across the street. Very convenient to everything, especially if you do not have a car. Roseville has the lowest cost of living in the Sacramento area. The Volunteers of America is the management and they are the best!"
