Hyatt Place Sacramento/Roseville

"We stayed at this location for a volleyball tournament. Our games started bright and early at 7AM and the hotel accommodated the breakfast times so that we could at least have some of the cold items available to us even though breakfast did not start until 730 on weekends. They set it up so that at 6:30 the bread/bagels/muffins, oatmeal/cereal, fruits were set up. By 7AM most or the other items were out. This was great customer service because they did not have to start setting up early but due to the large group in the hotel with an early schedule they did this to make our stay better. I will definitely come back to this hotel for our next tournament. The location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in the area."

"My stay here was incredible! Excellent service and the most quiet hotel I've ever stayed at inside and out. Comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Will be back to stay during my next trip in the area!"

"Really nice hotel. Adequate size gym, breakfast was delicious with many low-carb options available. Although I wasn't able to take advantage of it. Pool is outside so too cool to swim in it. The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The satellite TV wasn't the most reliable, but it was good enough for the short time I watched it."

"Overall the best part was the room...good layout, comfortable bed, decent pillows, ample towels and the shower was hot with great water pressure. Also, there was a hot tub, which maybe I overlooked this on the site, but I didn't know and it was nice. I liked the location (walking over to and eating at Lazy Dog was super convenient and fun), and the morning buffet was solid with good coffee. The staff I interacted with were very pleasant and competent, though when we checked in there was only one woman working with several janky computers, unfortunately things were a bit slow. Finally, they allow small dogs and that was a huge plus for me. I recommend this hotel and you will not be disappointed."

"Outstanding service! susy(i hope that is her name-older lady front desk)checked us in and upgraded us to 2 queens! Made our weekend. The front desk was always so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with a different menu every morning. The rooms are big and clean a bit outdated but clean. I feel like the elevator could use some maintenance but other than that it was a great stay"
