"Henry at the front desk is amazing!!! He knows his stuff! Love the feel and vibe of the hotel!! I'm definitely coming back here!! Amazing!!!! you get more value than what you are actually paying for!!!"
"My friends and I went to this place on vacation and we were very disappointed…. Check-in woman was kind. Very sketchy from the outside….We were told that there was a 9 pm curfew, what kind of hotel does that? It makes you a little nervous when you are told by a woman who works there to make sure you get all your belongings out of the car…We go up to the room and it was nothing like the pictures that were advertised… stains on the furniture, cockroaches dead by the back door. Then when we go to check out they don’t give your money back, we were there for 30 min maximum, I understand an early check out fee, but not giving a refund back is ridiculous…. Dirty even outside of the room plungers left outside…. Not reading the other reviews posted was not a great idea, multiple people are complaining about the same things. You get what you pay for, explains a lot for why the prices were so low."
"SKETCHY/SCARY/SEEDY MOTEL PLEASE READ- I was driving from my parents in Oregon back to school in Southern CA, so I made sure to book a room in advance before driving another 5hrs the following day. There were many Red Flags upon check in, lobby was dark and cluttered (front desk girl was kind so I thought try to give it a chance). I noticed several shady character's lingering in the motel parking lot, one said something to me from across the lot but I ignored and went to my room. (The room was clean) My windows screen was popped out and did not latch you could easily reach in and open the front door (door has a sign in back of it about locking doors at night and how to report GANG related activity...) The room next door had Big dogs barking the entire time. About 40mins someone was banging on my door and I got scared and the peep hole was painted over so I couldn't even see if it was an employee or what, I yelled who is it, I think you have the wrong room and they left I then peeked out window to see it was an old person with a walker, I dont know who or what that was about but scared me even more so I went to the front desk immediately checked out and gave back my key and parking pass and explained why I felt extremely uncomfortable staying here. Front desk person was again very pleasant and told me to call back tomorrow when the manager is in to get even a refund, I thanked her for understanding and found a Hotel a hour away (also it was raining hard and I am not familiar with Sacramento area at all, so the whole situation was stressfull and scary. The next following days I have been back in forth with the motel and Priceline telling me the manager Gabrielle would be refusing to give me a refund because Priceline would charge them? I have never had anything like this happen to me in my 4 years of driving from Oregon to my University in SoCal. I feel as a business they were not upstanding or understanding and are probably up to some sketchy business or book keeping themselves. (The place just gives you the ick, very spooky, I am a young 28 year old college boy and not wanting to get murdered or robbed was not worth staying there over night.) They kept saying no refunds on the phone and felt like they were telling me I had to switch rooms an stay there, I called my parents and they told me to get out of there. Very poorly run and incompetent in resolution problem solving. Do not stay here."
"very very bad service. They didn't change the bath towels, I had to dry myself with a small face towel, they didn't clean the room the next day or take the rubbish out of the bin and what's worse they took 20% off the money I left as a security deposit. Since I traveled for work and didn't even stay in the room. If you don't want to lose money and not have a headache, don't stay at this hotel"
"Best place in Roseville to stay for an amazing price. Very accommodating! No bugs smoking and non smoking rooms, surrounded by so many restaurants and entertainment. Salveen is simply amazing!!!! She made sure I was comfortable my entire stay, definitely will be coming back just because of her customer service alone. But the entire staff was very nice and when I asked for things they handle it immediately. Thank you for being a great place to stay in my time of need."
