Cockroaches in the rm, tiniest of showers where the plastic curtain is ripped. Nosey-controlling mngr Ron. No housekeeping while you're there,& they inspect to ensure you the customer does it biweekly themselves. Nine 6'6" prkng spaces, not up to code,& everybody's banging their cardoors into the side of your's. Setup for confrontation between"

"Management Professional and Friendly. Price is very reasonable. Ambience of the Motel is Laid Back and Quiet. Tenants are Friendly and Welcoming. Motel is literally Across from the Historic Downtown Roseville, close to good restaurants , coffee shops and for evenings Bars and Dancing are open. I recommend TOWN HOUSE MOTEL. As a tenant I am Grateful and Honored to have Lived in a rare Vintage Motel."
