Park Place Apartments

"No central ac/heating during summer the wall unit would only keep the living room cool and the wall heater made the hallway extremely hot. Homeless people constantly staying in the laundry room. Marlene lives on the property and would constantly look up license plates with her police relatives to see if they belong to residents. Rent was ridiculous expensive there are better places in the Roseville area. Homeless people constantly on the property since it isn’t closed off. Apartments lay outs are like hotel rooms."

"Ive been living here since 2016. For Roseville, the price is pretty fair. The neighbors are really friendly and kind and Marlene the manager is very sweet, inviting and professional. The landscaping is always up to part and Ill be sad when I move away from this place. Ive never once got my packages stolen which is common for an area like this i would assume, and ive lost my ID on the ground here and a friendly neighbor returned it to my door which was so nice. My only complaint is the lay out of the apartments could have been so much better as my bathroom is very, very tiny, and theres no balconies but beside that, I recommend this place to anyone who is moving out for the first time, or for any small families who need something affordable."

"I have read the reviews on this complex. I needed an affordable place to live. I walked Park Place several times, day and night before I decided to move in. The feedback from the residents who talked to me was very positive. I have been been here for two months and I love it. The staff is very attentive, even to the smallest of my needs. I have no pest control issues. What I do have is an affordale 40 year old apartment that rivals the newest ones on the market. As for "Lucy diamonds" review, She has been her for 3 years, and continues to live here?? Sounds like she had an issue with management to post something so negative. and, for the record,...The managers name is not "KIKI'. Her name is Ariel. The only reason this review is "very good" instead of "excellent" is because there is no pool."
