"I've lived here a little over a year now and in the beginning it was nice, but now its nasty the hallways are dirty the elevator are nasty. I think if we had a porter once a week but that's not enough. If everyone would clean up after them self it wouldn't be so bad. Three different mangers in two years, you know there's a problem."
