"During recent flooding my apartment was impacted. The excellent maintenance crew here at Dorado Plaza where on it immediately after I notified the office of the issue. All persons involved where super and I am very appreciative of their help"

"DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! This place is a joke they have “multiple” laundry units but none of the dryers work they are a scam they just take people money and don’t even try to fix the dryers!! I put my clothes for almost 2 hours and tell me why they came out wetter then when I put them in!!! They charge high saying that they also have a computer room! Tell me why it’s been u see matience for almost two years!!! This place is a joke they don’t have any parking spots available after a certain time and yet make us all pay $50 for the parking permit!!! Trust me when I tell you don’t waste a single dolar on there washer or dryer!!!! They ARE A SCAM THEY SHOULD CLOSED ALL THE LAUNDRY UNITS THEY HAVE BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST STEALING THE RENTERS MONEY!!!"

"I have lived at Dorado almost 5yrs now. I put in a request to have my garbage disposal fixed and they came within half an hour. It was very fast and very much appreciated."

"I read before I moved in water temperature sucked but it's true water will go freezing cold and scorching hot randomly throughout shower. I'm surprised they haven't got sued yet for it for burning someone. Parking is good so gave 2 stars instead of one. Laundry situation is pathetic they shouldn't even say they have laundry here for how often they're broken. Overall not a terrible place to stay but for the price not worth it"

"Took out most of my security deposit for the carpet which was ruined by them. Do NOT trust them!!! My bedroom floor was soaked with water the first day I moved in. After it rained the water went through the wall and into my apartment. A few weeks later my furniture is ruined and my apartment is UNINHABITABLE. I am sleeping on my linoleum living room floor while my bedroom is flooded AGAIN. You can see the yellowing and rust on my Posture Pedic Cali king bed. Completely RUINED. management gave me 40 credit and said that this is habitable and refuses to fix the problem. The parking spaces are definitely over sold, at night I find zero parking. PARKING is becoming a big deal for me when I come home from work late at night and there is literally not a single space in the complex or on the street. I have an issue with bugs here within the first day, ROACHES and SPIDERS. I have found MOLD in my bathroom and termites from the wall. With my bedroom flooded i guess I can expect to have mold in the bedroom as well. I have not felt comfortable or healthy since moving here. My neighbors have had a lot to say in the small amount of time that I have been here. The management has not been transparent on several occasions, they lie constantly and do nothing to help renters that LIVE here."
