"My wife and I lived here for about a year and a half. For the majority of that time, we had a roach infestation, confirmed by pest control to be caused by a neighbor. Gabriela just had me have the pest control guys do sprayings of my unit for months. Obviously, this did not fix the issue, and it only got worse. After 9 months of this, I reached out to a lawyer and found out roaches breach what's called implied habitability. That means in this case, if the landlord does not resolve the issue in a timely manner (usually 30 days), you are legally allowed to withhold rent until it is taken care of. I had over 100 photos of different roaches in just a 3 month span. When I informed Gabriela I would be withholding rent until the roaches were gone, there was no response until an eviction notice was placed on my door. This is illegal and considered retaliation. I moved out 3 weeks later on my own after realizing the issue would never be resolved and was tired of paying full rent for a roach infested apartment. Unresponsive management and a German cockroach infestation that I'm betting has not been resolved. Gabriela does not seem to care about managing the property, and seems to only have the job because she also lives here. Will ignore emails and messages, and does not resolve any issues. I sued the apartment management company. They denied all responsibility on paper, but settled out of court. Take from that what you will. Do not move here until there is new management and the entire complex has been treated for roaches. The low cost is low for a reason."

"Apartment manager is an actual nightmare human. Had so many issues with her being insanely rude and condescending, blaming me from messes in the hallway that I did not make and she charged us a ton of money for this mess that we apparently made I asked her to pull the video footage and obviously she never would or else she would’ve seen that we didn’t make this so-called mess —- just one of the many problems. Not worth the semi affordable rent offered at this place I would avoid it at all cost if I could go back."

"They have underground parking but make it unaffordable and force the residents to public park. They clog the streets and never pick up after pets. Embarrassing place to live."

"WHEN I MOVED IN THE APT WAS POORLY PAINTED AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY FURNITURE EXCPET ONE CHAIR, WHEN I MOVED OUT THEY DIDN'T REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE THEY HAD TO PAINT THE APT CAUSE MY FURNITURE SCRATCHED THE WALLS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS, PLUS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY BROUGHT A SMOK SPECIALIST AND HE REPORTED THAT I WAS SMOKING IN THE APT WHICH ALL BS THINGS YOU'LL SEE WITH THIS APT MANAGEMENT AND THEY NEVER SEND ME THE REPORT AND I ASKED THEM MANY TIMES FOR IT"

"The apartment manger has very poor customer service skills with the attitude as if she's doing you a favor by returning you call, it discouraged me from wanting to rent at this location. No Stars, but maybe some customer service courses"
