"I recently moved in a unit at Palmilla Apartments. The whole experience was amazing, from application, getting details before moving to the actual moving in day. Jasmine and Chris were very helpful and considerate. They responded to my questions quickly and politely. They always sounded professional and pleasant when I talked to them. The apartment complexes look well maintained. People here are friendly too. since I just moved in, I need to get more familiar with the facilities at Palmilla. I did see people swimming in the pool and the pool area is very clean. There are also BBQ grills for the community. Inside the apartment, kitchen appliances look pretty good. A/C works very well. I am very happy with my decision to live here."
"Since the administration changed from Villa de Sol to Palmilla everything is getting worse day by day. Dirty hallways, dogs waste in garden areas, noisy and problematic neighbors, and police coming very often makes Palmilla apartments an unpleasant place to live. Owners should be more aware about the administration because it used to be a happy, quiet and safe place to reside."
"Please open the tennis courts - my only complaint so far after being here for 3 months. Enjoyed staying here otherwise. Tennis courts were mentioned as the amenities for attracting people who want to rent. But that never happened. Please clean the courts and have them available for residents. Edit: Thanks for making the tennis courts available for residents to use. Changing the rating from 2 to 5"
