"They raise the rent $200 a year and you get nothing for it. The units have roaches and cabinets that are dated. I moved out and got charged $25. renters insurance even though I was covered by my own and they refuse to refund my money. It’s a big ripoff!"

Which although took some time were addressed and corrected."

The management does a great job of keeping the area clean and the landscape beautiful. The laundry room is big and very accomodating considering all of the units. Alexis, the office manager is wonderful. She is super nice and kind, always helpful and attentive to your requests."
