"toilet wasn’t working in our room, they didn’t offer a plunger or a new room they said they’d give me a discount in the morning, when we went to check out they not only didn’t give us our discount but kept our deposit and said we smoked inside when we didn’t and begged them to look at the cameras and wouldn’t, the management told the front desk staff “i’m not coming down and if you can’t deal with this then you’re fired” his name was matt and they also wouldn’t give us corporates number. terrible staff and just a terrible experience here."

"I had to find a hotel in the middle of the night. So I called and the lady who answered was friendly told me what I needed as far as money deposit and so forth room was really clean also. I left my watch when I checked out and they called me and told me so I must say that I had a great experience and stay at the hotel and it was inexpensive."

"DISGUSTING. This locations staff and cleanliness are highly undesirable! Dirty sheets had dried blood on them and the staff refused to switch rooms, refund or at least credit us for the nights stay. Staff was extremely rude when addressing this valid concern and their only resolution was a new set of sheets. I must reiterate how disgusting that is. Please never stay here people."

"Freeway and trolley are very close by if noise is a concern. They rented my ground floor room to someone else before I arrived. That was a big issue, and why I requested the ground floor room. Long hair in the sink and a missing TV remote added to the frustration of staying here."

"5 STARS for the staff! Slightly better house keeping, House keeping is not just about making beds Renovated, basic set up which is nice. The highway is near but once you close the door, you hear nothing from the highway, however loud guests, even running on the upstairs corridor. I have heart problems, believe me this experience was horrible, it happened a few times. Disrespectful smoking, mouthing off when asked to use the designated area please. Please train your housekeeping to do a PROPER cleaning like thoroughly cleaning the floors and wipe down surfaces, headboards, cleaning behind the beds, the fridge if there is one, the shelves etc. WIPE the floors after every checkout, hire people who know what is real housekeeping, it's important for your ratings"
