"Management, is HORRIBLE!!!! Repairs are being done to a lot of units, hot water tank are going out and need replacing ( people with out hot water in some units). Some units have severe mold, crack walls. Security, don’t understand what you are talking about. I am glad that I maintain my unit, but there are repairs that I need ( minor), call make work order and they don’t even come, then call they say a work order has never been made. But, they want that rent tho. If I was some of these people whose units is bad bad, I would call health and code inspectors out."

"If i could give this review any stars it would be in the negatives. Ron (the manager) and the people that work here are completely negligent when it comes to solving any problems that comes with their tenants. He’s completely unprofessional and I’ve heard one story of him screaming at a worker there (a woman). He needs to be fired immediately, he doesn’t care about any of the tenants and when he says he’ll call u back he never does, u have to repeatedly call endlessly to get a response. Bring back the old managers back when it was Bay Vista!"
