"wish could give 0 star, they ain't deserve even 1 star. it used to be a great place when Karla Perez was the manager, but now if u need service, u should call the manager at least 10 time to confirm and still they never show up. had some problem with electric outlets so, asked the manager for help, she said they will send some one by 5pm, but no one showed up, called them again they said they will send someone next day but guess what? same thing happened, and like it was enough, they did the same thing 3 times and in the end i had to fix them myself. now there are roaches in the apartment. asked for pest control service, so they told me to take everything out from the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room so, they past control will come and do their job, and asked us to not to be home and leave the home from 9am to 3pm. so i had to take off from job to be able to do all this stuff and take my 3years old and my dog out for freaking almost all day. I've been doing this for the past 2 weeks and eventho i am confirming the service with the new manager GABRIELA just a day before still nobody shows up. at this point i think this new management is just playing around and knows nothing, I've been in this property since 2016 and never had issues like that."

"To be honest I don't know where to start with these apartments. The fact that it is so loud because of how it's built that people will call the police on anything. Honestly this would be a zero if I could put it on a scale this place from the people who run it to the people above them that manage it I don't even know where to start."

"I applied for an affordable unit a few months ago and received a response pretty fast! When I was notified about my unit, I was asked to submit a background and credit check application. However, after submitting an application and choosing to tour the unit/property I was immediately turned off by the broken front gate entrance, filthy stairways, and small apartment unit! I decided not to move forward with this apartment and have not heard from management about a refund of my two applications that were submitted and never ran for a credit check! AVOID THESE APARTMENTS as it appears the leasing agent is only concerned about getting people to sign a lease rather than refund them their money!"
