Meadowbrook Apartments

"If I can give zero star for this apartments, I will is not safety they never care about people living here. They never fix anything in the house and they are so rude. So I’ve been telling the office to fix this roof since January 2023, and today is February 2024 and they have not fixed it. I have two kids, and when this happened they were really scared, and I was scared to because it made a huge sound and it fell on my table."

"Some neighbors are considerate some not. Not all building units are roach infested parking is decent. Granddaughter learned to ride a bike on property, pretty spacious. Family environment but many underaged unsupervised children, teens run amuk. Much maintenance keep grounds clean early during the week. Wash rooms need better maintenance on machines. Management doesn't tolerate certain foolishness."

"I’ve never been to San Diego before but just looking at the photos, this apartment complex’s has the same blueprint like the one at Florin Meadows in Sacramento, CA because I currently live in Sacramento and I been at the Florin Meadows apartments before. The only difference is the one in San Diego has a lot of more units than the ones at Florin Meadows."

"Cheap rentals for low income people move in and never move out so it's clean friendly and looks great except all of a sudden their taking all the bar doors for safety off some of the apartments giving them to the Mexicans that live there and for what please"

"I get along with our new management team and it's appreciated greatly. To me, to build up a good relationship, especially when it comes to where you live, is extremely important. The buildings look fantastic but some of them do have roach problems. I currently don't have any roaches but during certain times of the year, just like ants, they become relentless! I just scour every room in my place and make sure I spray in all cracks and crevices. Then, caulk those places so nothing gets back in. Other than that, it's not bad for the price you pay."
