This complex is in a very centric area and priced very fair. Plus the ladies makes it feel very homie and welcomed. Thank you ladies! Archie gave me a chance!"

"Shout-out to Archie, Emily, Melinda, Eduardo, Roberto, and Cuba and the rest of the management team. They respond fast, keep the place looking clean, and are always a joy to chat with. This place is nice. The common areas, dog park, and laundry room are always spotless. The plants are clean, and the parking lot is always perfect. Melinda does an amazing job at cleaning. Eduardo, Roberto, and Cuba are all very helpful, fast to respond, and take their job very seriously. Archie is friendly and helpful managing the office and answering our questions. Our only issue is parking. Its out of Management's hands, so it's not their fault. The parking is completely unfair and unequitable. Everyone should have one parking space given with the unit, or at least have an opportunity to be assigned one. The lease says they can revoke a space at any time, so they could change the policy to one assigned space per person and the rest unassigned. We've had no parking space here for a year, and we have not moved up the wait list at all. There are a few people with more than 2 spaces assigned. If you get home after 8pm there is no parking in the complex, and rarely any on the street, and parking in the red zone will lead to your car getting towed. If you own a car, do not move here if you want to be out past 6pm. I changed my businesses hours around our parking situation, it's so awful. We usually resort to parking with hazards on, waiting for up to an hour in line for a space, or giving up and parking a few blocks away and walking."

"The maintenance workers Eduardo, Roberto, Melinda and Cuba are great! They respond fast and are good about communicating what’s going on. They are also all very nice, makes the place more enjoyable to live at."

"TL;DR FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE. UNSUPPORTIVE MANAGEMENT. REFUSES TO ELEVATE LEGITIMATE CONCERNS TO UPPER MANAGEMENT. BURIES COMPLAINTS FROM TENANTS. SHUTS WATER OFF WITHOUT NOTICE. LAUNDRY ROOM IS ALWAYS DOWN MULTIPLE WASHERS AND DRYERS. LONG TERM CONSTRUCTION WITHOUT EXACT DATES. The management Emily and Archie have been purposely ignoring their duties. No on in the office gave notice for the 5 week construction that started in March. When I spoke with Emily about said construction (which was so loud and close to my apartment that I thought someone was breaking into my place) Emily stated: “I was going to send out a note but it didn’t come in time” meaning she couldn’t type it up print it and disseminate the word. We have yet to get notice for the exact dates of this construction ON EVERY FLOOR. Randomly shut water off without notice. Many times the office has been called by multiple tenants to ask when the water will be back on for management to send a text to affected residents to notify of the water shut off. I’ve lived here for almost 3years and in this time I have been charged for amenities that DO NOT EXIST. The pool and club house have been under construction for SEVERAL years with no update from management. I brought up my concerns with Emily and again she firmly stated “THAT NON OF MY CONCERNS OR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WATER WILL GO NOWHERE BECAUSE HER BOSS IS LIVING ON THE PROPERTY AS WELL. This is a very expensive place to live with out having any support or amenities. If I had another option I would break my lease and never live here again. I am working with the Housing Authority department with my concerns. In the photos of 1,2and 3 floors wherever the floor cover is: is where they are doing massive construction. 39 affected units in one building."
