"I lived at Vida North Park for 3 1/2 years. The common areas are excellent. The fifth floor patio deck is spacious and offers great views of the sunset. The convenience of the full gym was very useful. The building is centrally located in San Diego and North Park offering good accessibility to much of the city. The staff for the apartment are excellent. Robert was always helpful and assisted me greatly during my recent move. I'd recommend Vida to anyone looking to relocate to San Diego."

"I sold my home in Oceanside in March 2021, and was looking for a landing spot in San Diego while I searched for my next home. I found a jewel! Vida North Park is a beautiful building in a vibrant area of North Park. The experience from finding an apartment to signing the lease and living there for the last 8 months was just amazing. A few key things to know about Vida: 1. Management is the absolute best. Robert manages the whole experience when you first move in, and he stays engaged whenever you have a question as a tenant. He is friendly and smart and professional. 2. If you ever need something fixed, just use the mobile app and you get a response in a flash. Sam takes care of making sure everything in the building runs smoothly and is incredibly quick to make sure the tenants are happy and have a great experience when they need something fixed. 3. The facilities are like living in a resort. The pool is just beautiful (you can hear cool music playing when you swim under water). The gym is clean and has everything you need. The walkways and the parking garage are spotless. Today I handed in my keys and said goodbye to Robert and Teresa in the office. While I'm thrilled to have found my next home, I am so grateful for the time I got to spend at Vida North Park."

"I can honestly say I have loved every moment living here so far! I had a great experience with Malia and Jorge helping me tour the apartments and move in. The amenities are top notch. I can't wait for the Jacuzzi to start working again! The staff are extremely friendly and actually care about the tenants. The complex feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The rooftop area is amazing. The residents here are extremely friendly and I love my neighbors. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are lucky enough to be able to find an apartment here, I would highly recommend it!"

"I ADORE this gorgeous community. They offer something that no other place in North Park has. The luxury experience being brought to such an upcoming neighborhood is awesome! They have gorgeous brand -new apartment homes, town homes, pent houses, with brand new appliances, HUGE washer and dryers, and amazing amenities. Their club room is so modern but has so much historic inspiration. PLUS they are super pet friendly. They even have a dog washing station! I could go on and on but really you should go check it out for yourself. Melissa, Barbara and Alicia are all so sweet and willing to help! 10/10 recommend!!"
