"Living at Ariva Apartments for three years has been a nightmare. My vehicle was stolen five times, and despite providing police reports, the property management has been unresponsive to the ongoing security issues. To cope, I changed my car from a work truck to a Grand Caravan, but the last incident made me realize it was pointless. This isn't just a personal problem; it's a widespread community issue. Many other residents have faced similar problems, yet the property manager remains indifferent. I lost approximately six thousand dollars already. To make matters worse, when I moved in, they advertised a "parking-free" apartment, two years later , a $100 parking fee was created. Parking in their questionable garage (ghetto garage) hardly justifies the added cost. It's a shame how the management handles these changes without at least take care to be a safe place. Beyond safety concerns, the gym is equipped with broken machines that never get fixed, despite repeated requests from residents. Ariva Apartments is not just expensive; it's downright dangerous and unsafe. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a more secure and reliable living environment."
