"I'm keeping this review at 5 stars ONLY for Mike and Tyree. They are always so helpful and respectful , also on the maintenance side Julian and Marcell always take care of my work orders on a timely manner. I could go off about this place but i work in property management and know how this goes so I'm just gonna keep it short and sweet. Mike and Ty are the only reason why im here and probably the only reason why everyone else is here too because nothing gets done correctly around here if it wasnt for them :)"

"Let me say this, we’ve been living here since 2019. We loved it. Then Covid hit and lots of things were not being taken care of during and after. Now we have this new leasing office team and in a just a short time things are almost back to where they were. I’m super impressed by the new manager. Before I would see issues with the property and I would have to say something and then it wouldn’t get fixed. Now, I see something and before I have the time to go say something the management team is already on top it and it gets fixed. Very refreshing. Thank you, Donna, Tai, Michael, Chris, Julian and the rest of maintenance and housekeeping!"

"The Verge has a very nice community feel. The amenities are awesome. There are 2 pools with party rooms attached for parties or BBQs. The staff here is amazing! They are always available when need be. We had issues with our bathroom toilet leaking and maintenance was on top of it to getting it fixed! definitely recommend living here if you get the chance. The views of the golf course and mountains is also a great plus :)"

"I have lived at Verge for a few years now and could not be happier! I want to give a quick shout out to Ty in the office for all his help. He made the moving process so easy and helped me with my garage clicker when it would not open the gate. Mike has also been so great and assisted me in locating a package. I've recommended Verge to all my friends!"

"I've been a resident at Verge for almost four years now, and from day one, the staff has consistently been friendly and welcoming. Tyree and Mike stand out for their constant helpfulness whenever I have questions or concerns. Their warmth even extends to our four-legged friends, as they are always friendly to my dogs whenever I bring them to the office. The location and the spacious layout were the initial draws for us at Verge. Hardwood floors and additional storage make this place truly unique. Parking, including guest parking, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer were non-negotiables for us, and Verge ticked all the boxes. Understanding that maintenance issues can arise in any living space, we've been impressed with how the staff handles it. They respond promptly, complete work orders on time, and communicate effectively, especially if more time is needed due to parts being ordered. The level of communication and service from the maintenance team and staff is commendable. Our experience at Verge has been fantastic, and the staff's constant helpfulness has been a significant factor in making it feel like home."
