"The thing that makes this place a decent place to live is not the location because being in the middle of Gaslamp, it can get loud and sometimes that gets annoying. But you get what you pay for. The thing that makes this place decent to live is the Property Manager. She is awesome!! Super helpful and always reachable. I lived here for a year and never had a complaint about if something broke or if there was an issue. The lofts and studios are ok but Shalom is great."

"Little did I know moving in here would become the biggest regret ever! This property has two different apartments managed by one person who is the farthest thing from professional. Since living here I have had cabinet doors fall off the cabinets just to be replaced and unable to close. I have had to dodge vomit on the floors of the stairwells and trash left everywhere including the elevator. Homeless people get inside this supposed secure complex, I have had to kick them out myself. The unit below me has been having construction now for over 1 month. Everyday starting at 9am there is hammering and drilling that wakes me up, makes my apartment extremely unpleasant to stay in even when you are sick and want to rest. Shalom the acting manager has you call her manager when you get tired of hearing half hearted apologies. Then she will call the police on you claiming you threatened her. She is more interested in moving her family in here, than her residence paying full price. Do yourself a favor and find another place. For the same price or cheaper you can get a much better place in downtown. Stop supporting companies with a lazy worker that ask for good reviews but are not willing to put in the work to ensure a place that represents its value."

"Been living here for 2 years. I actually got a house and leaving but after being here for two years its been a great experience. Central to everything, biggest studios in downtown I am pretty sure. I really am sad to go but I needed a yard. Would recommend this place to anyone. Only critique is that the units do not have their own washer and dryer, each floor has to share which usually works out with no issues; and the only negative i can think of."
