"I have been living at Teton Pines a little over one year. I really like it here; I feel very safe and secure. The manager, Maria, is especially nice. She always asks if I have everything I need and if she can help in any way. She walks the property daily and checks for infraction of the rules. This way the community runs very smoothly for all residents. She also follows up on the Landscapers to make sure the apartments present a pleasing appearance. The maintenance man, Martin is very professional and thorough in his work. He won't leave until the job is done correctly. I recently renewed my lease and will probably stay here a few more years. I don't think I can do any better than Teton Pines"

"This place is horrible, worst place I’ve ever lived at, not to mention that my place was full of mold, my furniture got ruined the same year I bought it, I was only there one year and had enough. My daughter was diagnosed with respiratory infection due to the mold. Every time I would leave my apartment (25) for a few days I would come back to an awful smell, mildew I believe. Never got my deposit back and the manager knows the place is full of mold! Don’t Waste your time ans money, look elsewhere unless you want to live in a mold infested unit!"

"HORRIBLE/RUDE MANAGER! that’s even if you can get a hold of her. she’s never in the office. never answers your calls/emails. we lived in that complex seven years & had nothing but issues. it was down the street from my employment so we stuck it out. every year our kitchen would flood with water from the neighbors ac unit. the master bedroom would leak through from the rain. that would cause a lot of mold issues. our ac broke a few times, would take the manager a week before she took it seriously, even though it would get past 85 degrees inside our unit. the maintenance man (her husband) was a nice man but he just doesn’t know how to fix anything right. it’s a really lovely apartment complex from the outside, very quiet and gated but the problems the units have inside are just not worth it."

"Lived here for a year and looking to head back, only reason I left was because I went out of town for a while. Overall it's a great place, manager was very helpful and easy-going. Never had a problem with management or anything in the apartment. I owned a studio which was actually a lot bigger than I expected. Noise was never really a problem for me. Parking was great too, you get your own spot and there are a lot of extra spaces. The apartment complex is close to Westfield North County Mall and Costco so shopping wasn't a problem either."

"I threw away all my furniture did not take anything because of the mold issue I had to throw away practically everything. Popcorn ceilings never took place you can see asbestos in the corners. My apartment was not the only one. *Never get a hold of on site manager. *was not given a 30 day notice my apartment was going to be occupied by another tenant. *Rude Manager"
