"I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. This is the nicest less than $100 per night hotel I have stayed in. There was plenty of space to put away clothes and luggage. You might consider bringing some extra hangers if needed, though. A very clean room. Although it sits on a busy intersection, I found that turning on the air conditioning fan dispelled all traffic noise except for exceptionally noisy vehicles. I was concerned that there were no bedside lamps, but overjoyed when I found there was ambient lighting built into the headboard. Don't forget to bring your nightlight for the bathroom. If I visit the San Diego Zoo Safari Park again, I will choose to stay here again."

"The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The front desk guy tj was cool, he helped me take my stuff to the room. The breakfast and coffee was good, and there were many restaurants close by. I enjoyed staying in this place and i will come back again."
"I gave them 4 stars because they are trying. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room they gave us was nicely updated. Though there were some nice updates, there were a few inconsistencies, like the bedspread full of holes and the battered chair. In addition, even though the headboard was really nice the side lamps were missing. I guess they are still deciding. I loved the tile in the bathroom, but both the shower and faucet sputtered. Did not get a chance to check out the continental breakfast because it's only offered from 7 to 9 am. Most places have it from 6 to 10. They did offer me a pastry for my trouble, but I declined. It was probably not worth the trouble. Service wasn't exactly friendly! The two young men at the counter looked like they really didn't want to be there. There was a great Mexican restaurant across the street and a donut shop"
