"Well where do I start lol during check in I was charged a Covid cleaning fee which is a separate transaction from the initial cost of the room when i made the reservation. Oh and breakfast doesn't start till 830am and the hotel won't let you serve yourself. So good luck if you decide to stay at this place. I travel and stay at choice hotels more than 180 nights a year this is the first and only hotel to which I have seen this type of practice."

"Refused to give me back my deposit for the room citing "irreversible damage" the blanket comforter, sent me a picture of what the damage was and it was a stain that was obviously weeks old and said we did it. They won't give me my 100 bucks back cause the blankets cost "$140" and I was getting a good deal cause they weren't charging me the extra 40. I'd recommend you save your money and book with a hotel with more integrity."

"The room was a decent size and had a nice vanity are partially separate from the room. The bathroom had a jet tub and good water pressure. There were some bugs, not normally an issue if it's within reason. These bugs were not within reason. In the bathtub I came across roaches. In both occasions, these were gigantic roaches. And then a couple other heroes and pincher bugs in the room. The staff at the front desk were patient but they were rude. At one point I made my reservation to extend on a third party site and the hotel charged me an additional 10ndollars but the staff member could not explain why. He simply said he could not cancel my reservation and I had to pay 10 dollars more"

"I was supposed to stay at this location in October 2023, but after checking in I departed for about an hour to get food, and upon my return I had discovered that my room had been broken in to through my window and many items of mine were taken. The hotel worked with me and the police to get the security footage of the homeless man who entered my room, but that was all. I chose to leave the hotel that night for another option, and was able to get a refund from the third party website I booked through. The rooms looked nice and the hotel seemed alright upon arrival, but I didn't feel safe staying there any longer, especially after the break in and seeing other homeless people hanging around. I appreciate the hotel for working with me that night and trying to recover but I cannot have this happen and then not let people know to at least keep an eye out for suspicious people on the property. If you choose to stay here, I would recommend not leaving your windows open even slightly if you leave or even while you are in your room because you never know who will be hanging around."
