"Apartments are very neglected. Laundry is probably the biggest issue seen. It’s all coin operated without a coin machine. They constantly break and the complex is down to a single dryer between everyone. Management doesn’t address any of the issues - they claim to have on site management but it’s not true. Apparently half of the apartments went without hot water for over a week and water is turned off constantly for repairs, usually without much notice. Cheaper than most as far as pet friendly apartments go in Clairemont, but probably worth a few hundred dollars to get working laundry and to have management that is on site."

"Better have a nice assigned parking spot. The assigned one here has a fire hydrant that has to be maneuvered around or it will do this to your vehicle."

"My major problem here is lack of communication. They hardly ever communicate about when they are turning off the water to work on things. We went over a week without hot water with minimal communication and still have constant hot water issues. Also - multiple laundry machines have been broken for months. We are on the second floor so haven’t had the same issues as those on the ground floor. But we also noticed our heat didn’t work during the winter and had to have somebody come out to have someone look at the unit. It wasn’t even turned on to the unit and the repair man said it would be hazardous to turn it on, the entire thing needs replaced. Just super frustrating - and they don’t seem to care at all. It’s “lower” rent but no a/c, no dishwasher, typically one assigned parking spot and the street parking is tough as there are multiple apartment buildings along the street."

"If I could do 0 stars I would. We moved into this apartment in June of 2020, being told it was newly renovated and super excited! Over the course of the 6 months we lived there we found roughly 60 cockroaches in the bathrooms, bedrooms, walls, kitchen, ceiling, etc. They told us for weeks that it was water bugs, that we needed to close our drains every day in order to get rid of them. They sprayed our apartment and told us it wouldn't help because they were coming from the water pipes. We used drain covers and it didn't work, we still found them in both bedrooms and areas with no drains nearby. On top of all of this we never had hot water, we were told that the hot and cold water lines were fused years ago and it would be a big job to fix. We had plumbers come out to do a "big job" of fixing this issue, I relocated my work from home for an entire week in order to allow for them to do this and be as loud as possible. Upon coming back there was still no hot water at all, making us question what work they had even done. We complained and they came again a few weeks later in order to fix a NEW ISSUE. The sewage grate in front of our unit was leaking sewage water and it was backing up into our showers, once a roach and sewage water were both backed into the shower while one of us was trying to shower. When they finally came to fix that issue we were informed by the main plumber who we had never met that THIS UNIT HAS HAD NO HOT WATER FOR 7 YEARS AND THEY CANNOT FIX IT. This management lies to the people who move in here, they told us these issues were fixable and that no other units were having these issues. They did not allow us to move or break our lease and tricked us into moving into hell. Only move here if you want to start on anti-anxiety medication, rarely sleep and home and always look over your shoulder for a cockroach. Also a great place if you love the smell of your own feces."
