"Do not rent from here, there are plenty of better options. During the initial inspection of my move out, the inspector quickly rushed through the apartment and told us that everything looked fine and we would only need to pay for regular cleaning to get the apartment back to move in condition, which was understandable. We opted in for the final inspection as well so that we could be present and be notified of any potential issues. We confirmed the final inspection date and time with management, yet they proceeded to do the inspection without us present. Then, they told us that all carpets would have to be replaced and we would have to cover the entire cost. This is after they told us that the useful life of carpets was longer than our rental and that carpets would only have to be replaced if there were major damages. This caught us completely by surprise as the inspector told us that only basic cleaning would be needed. We emailed management and asked them to show us specific pictures of the damage done to the carpet to justify its replacement yet they did not even send a reply email and left us with a $1,500 charge. There are plenty of better options in the area that will actually care for their residents. Check out Casa Mira View and Montierra apartments which are both less than a mile away"
