"Came to visit family and would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. Parking is a disaster. Make sure to park on the street outside of the “community.” If you do choose to live here: I recommend you be old and have no children or pets. If you do have children or pets make sure they are trained to a T and have absolutely no energy, because they will complain about every noise/move anyone makes. Save yourself the money, mental and emotional health and rent somewhere else."

"I’ve lived here for several years. The maintenance team is top notch. Mitchell, the office manager is excellent, he listens to your issues and does all he can to help you get them resolved. The neighborhood offers everything you can ask for, easy access to major freeways, restaurants and shopping. Update. Evening Creek made the decision to remove the carpeting from the second floor apartments when they remodel them. Unfortunately, the first floor tenants hear every single footstep, chairs moving, item’s dropped, in other words, every day living. It’s made it difficult to live on the first floor"

"Our family have lived at Evening Creek for 3 years now, have only ever rented, and it is by far the best place for the price anywhere near this area! Office staff Mitchell and Esperanza are always very kind, respond immediately, and efficiently handle whatever is thrown at them. Maintenance staff Robert and Francisco are always discreet, quick, and efficient as well, even giving tips to keep things running smooth in the future! I always give a friendly hello to the guys who manage our grounds and they always respond in kind, and pause or move if need be. They keep our community looking absolutely beautiful. Thank you to ALL the staff who make Evening Creek such a relaxing place to come home to that it’s almost like a vacation community!"

"I have lived here at Evening Creek for a little over a year. I was a little nervous going from a house to a rental, and wasn’t sure how things would be here at Evening Creek. What has made the transition so nice is the facility and office staff. Esperanza and Mitchell the office staff have always been friendly and nice, and get things done with a smile. Facilities are very proactive and quick to get things done."

"We lived here for almost 2 years and had a wonderful experience. Maintenance was always handled in an expedited fashion if we had any issues. San Diego has so many "Smoke-Free" communities, it was nice to finally find at least one place that accepted smokers (no smoking inside the units, only patio or terrace). I know a few people complained but, they have hundreds of other places to go, and we don't. Community is also pet friendly, close to shopping and interstate 15. A true oasis and highly recommended!"
