Allure at Scripps Ranch Apartments

"I ended up not leasing at Allure, but the process to tour, apply and even pull out of the lease was very easy and pleasant. Claudia with the leasing office was so helpful and responsive. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my lease, but the move in team was nothing but helpful with that, too. You won't be disappointed, you're in great hands with Claudia!"

"Where do i start.... We had lived here for almost 3 years. The things we realized when we moved in. House is painted really fast and you will see plenty of paint drips all around. --The bathroom counter and showers are all painted and they try to pass it off as resurfaced. (also note when you move out, they will charge you $600 per bathroom to come back and paint it) Never have i dealt with something like this. I will be filling a small claims for these charges that are very unfair when you have no control in maintaining a bathroom and shower that is painted. We had our cleaners scrub for hours and could not get the dirt off as it had mixed with the paint in the bathroom. --Place is full of cockroaches that roam the hallways at night. --gardening is a joke and you will see that everything is always overgrown around the walkways and hallways. --Hallways are always dirty and nothing is vacuumed anymore. You can see this place is showing its age and they are not the best at keeping it clean.. --Everyone is overworked at the office, they will never pick up the phone. --Anthony at the office is the only person that knows whats going on and the reason for my 2 stars. He is the only one willing to help or know whats going on. --maintenance is the only people that are able to help but they are also overworked. --The garages are very small and i will guarantee that you will hit your car mirrors in them -- The place in the last 3 years have gone downhill. It seems a lot more fishy characters are moving into this complex. 2 instances where we saw 10 police cars on the premises. -- They will raise your rent every chance they get. Even though they are renting the place cheaper, they will keep raising rent at min 10% Overall when we moved here in 2020 the neighbors and the community felt safe and comfy, but as the years went by, the place only got worse and worse. Anyone moving here be very careful with all of the hidden charges and fees. They will charge for extra parking spaces, pet fees and good luck seeing a dime of your down payment. Very disappointed with this place and so happy we moved out."

"My family and I lived here for almost two years and we had an amazing experience. The place we rented was a 1b1b on the third floor. The apartment had plenty of space, a fire place, washer and dryer, and new appliances. Lots of great amenities and upgrades. They even offer garage space for some units. The complex is pet friendly with many dog friendly spots and complimentary bags. The gym and pool are top tier. Maintenance was done very fast every time and there were lots of inspections to ensure the safety of the residents, which was amazing. The application process was super easy and so was the move out process. Overall, Allure is a great place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone."

Any issue that I’ve ever had that Anthony has helped me with - big or small - has always received the sincere attention it deserves and has gone extremely smoothly. I feel my best interest is always at the heart of his actions when my issue is under his purview. I truly appreciate this caliber of courtesy, helpfulness, and outstanding costumer service, especially nowadays as it is so unfortunately rare.
