"Quiet, quaint property nestled along a golf course. The grounds are well kept and if your a walker and/or have dogs there are ample sidewalks inside and outside the complex. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. Check 'em out if your looking for your next apt."

"Live here for 2.5 years until just recently. Maintenance guys are friendly. Grounds very well kept, nice landscape and greenery, convenient location. Ample parking covered and uncovered. The issue here is noise. Can hear neighbors talk, opening drawers, taking shower, watching TV, blow drying hair, etc. Landscape comes at least 2x a week and loud. Especially the blowers. Not only are they annoyingly loud, they blow dust and grass cuttings all over your car. The A/C and heating ducts are super small and placed in bad location. Bad combo with single pane windows. I avoided using because the electric bill is outrageous, hard to cool/heat. Floors squeaked, had to walk on egg shells so neighbor below wouldn't be annoyed. Even folks walking up stairs you could hear and feel the place shaking. I've lived in several apartments and this is by far the worst constructed in terms of noise abatement."
