"I am a relocation consultant in the San Diego area. I have visited plenty of Apartment complexes with different clients. When I visited Cresta Bella with my client, I had a great experience from the moment they greet us until I left. We had an appointment with Claudia. She was super helpful and patient with my client which is something I really appreciate. Unfortunately, my client experienced really bad service with another Apartment Complex so she was a bit skeptical but Claudia made it all great again. My client was so happy that she decided to submit an application right away. My client and I had other appointments scheduled that day but she was also very happy with Claudia's great customer service that she did not care for the other appointments. "Overall, it's a very friendly community and the tenants are great. We've lived here for several years. The experience was great initially but has steadily been going downhill. Recent mangement additions over the years: annual apartment and garage inspections (dictate how you arrange your garage), parking permits, parking violations (it's okay if your vehicle sticks out half way into the street as long as those tires are on the pavement!), and seemingly more tenants not picking up after their pets. More recently, management decided to paint the exterior of our building the week of Christmas, including leaving our door open to paint for 4 hours in the middle of winter. I called the office and was given no option to reschedule. Poor planning by management, so we have to take down all of our exterior decorations and move our balcony furniture inside for the holidays. Very inconsiderate and not willing to work with you. Thanks for killing the holiday spirit this year!"

"My experience while visiting a friend that lives at this property since. It's an apartment community that doesn't allow tenants to have guest, family or friends visit. If you are there longer than 2 days they will put a notice on their tenants door accusing them of moving someone and demand that they be put on the lease. They regulate what can go in their garages. While visiting or stopping I have been/was allowed to park in my friends garage. A maintenance person reported my car as well as another guest car that was already parked in the garage. The next day they put a notice on my friends door saying that they have a unauthorized vehicle on the property. It is a older community. They do not like tenants that have lives and a active friends and family pool. This apartment community frowns upon anyone having visitors over too often. Privacy is violated and peace in continuously disturbed. My friend has a lot of military friends that can't come to visit for a week otherwise local friends will not be able to visit until next month because my friends visit days will be used up. These rules are a joke and do not have the best interest of it tenants. Young and vibrant steer clear. Older with no friends or family and no life this is perfect for you. One step above a old folks home but with garages."
