"My family and I have been living here for 9 months now and we really like it here. It’s a 7 minutes drive to our church, short drive to Stater Bros or Costco, and not far from the charter school I take my daughter for her school days. I homeschool my daughter 3 days a week and I love being able to do it at home here, and sometimes we go outside by the leasing office and pool to sit at the tables. I use the gym nearly everyday, and I want to thank Marcela for always keeping those areas and the gym so clean! There’s been times I had to put in many maintenance requests—whether day or night, and I’m glad the maintenance team members are always communicative and prompt. Thanks to Cesar, Courtney and the others for always doing such a great job! Sometimes I smell cigarette smoke from the neighbors and it bothers me, but I’m glad when we first moved in, Claudia who helped us, was able to lend an air purifier until the one we ordered came in. It was so helpful because my daughter and I developed new allergies so the air purifier was of great use for the cigarette smoke and other environmental allergies we deal with. I enjoy living here in this area since it’s so close to everything we need plus there’s two parks nearby that I can walk my daughter to (especially when my niece comes over or when her friends come over)."

"Update: I would also like to add that in addition to administration, the maintenance team has been the most helpful, kind, and knowledgeable that I have ever experienced. They are quick with your requests and work hard and deserve the recognition from us renters. My stepdad and I just moved into these apartments, and Claudia in the leasing office has been absolutely phenomenal with assisting us. She is very kind and helpful, and has made the transition as smooth as possible when it comes to moving by happily addressing all of our questions and concerns. Thank you so much Claudia, we appreciate you!!! Also, these apartments are very nice with wonderful amenities. We love the community!!!"

"I wish I could give Courtney Martin 10 stars!!! In the four years I lived at Eaves PQ, Courtney was by far the best Maintenance Tech to work at the property. Not only did he always handle all my work orders quickly and efficiently, he always was so fun and easy to talk to. I loved seeing him around the property because he always greeted me with the biggest smile. Even as I was selling furniture during my move, I was able to flag him down for assistance with opening the second door of the building entrance, which wouldn't budge, to get the couch out the double doors. Give this man a promotion and a raise because he truly is the bright light that shines on this property!!!! I will miss our conversations, but definitely glad I got to get to know you! "We have been staying in this community for more than 3 years and impressed with the administration and maintenance team at this complex. Andrea takes every concern seriously and ensures that the problem is fixed within a timely manner. We appreciate her customer service and hard work to meet our needs. Furthermore, the entire maintenance team has been awesome. Specially Courtney was always quick, efficient and professional whenever we had any maintenance issue. We are happy to be residents at this complex."

"My wife and I are staying here short term while we close on a home purchase and we have enjoyed our stay so far. Everything is up kept very nicely and since we have dogs it’s great that they have stations all around the complex for them to use. Great thing is the grounds are always very clean. We did have some issues with the washing machine and the microwave going out so we put in a request and received prompt service. I have to say everyone that works here has been very wonderful to deal with but there is a clear standout and that is a member of the maintenance team Courtney. When he came out to help us he had the foresight to bring a spare microwave for us to use until ours could be repaired. He is always so wonderful and goes out of his way to ask how we are doing when we are walking our dogs around the complex. He always goes above and beyond and the Eaves is lucky to have him as part of their team!"
