The Summit at Point Loma

"This was my first ever apartment in San Diego and will always be my favorite! I lived here for a little over a year and loved every second of it. The building being on the top of the hills was a huge plus, especially with the views. My favorite thing about this place was the gym and the hot tub overlooking the mountains. Also how spacious the apartments were compared to the price. Definitely recommend to everyone that wants a clean, quiet, and beautiful apartment complex!"

"I lived there for 2 years. The people who live there are great, the property manager and the company completely ruined my experience here. My move out was an absolute disaster, I tried settling my move out costs with the manager and she was extremely rude, so I settled with the company - Avenue 5, and after settling costs with them they sent a random amount to a collections agency 6 months after I moved out, after everything was settled. They did not try to reach out to me even though they had all my updated information."

"I have been a resident at the Summit for 19 years. I am a retired career Naval Officer . During my tenure here I have seen many managers occupy the front office. Ms. Jana Chobot has been the best. She is a leader whose purpose is to make residents satisfied with habitat, ensuring a clean , congenial and safe environment. She is also a mentor to her subordinates , our recent “handyman “ benefited greatly by her direction. Avenue Five Corporation is fortunate to have her aboard ."

"I enjoy my residency here. The property is reasonably kept up, renovations are up to par, and concerns are taken care of in a timely manner...if you get Jai to address your concerns. Jana is terrible to work with. If you want to live here, work with Jai, not Jana. Jana will treat you as if you are wasting her time and a burden to her. Very rude and accusatory for not knowing knowledge that she as a leasing consultant/property manager should be sharing with you. This is the only reason why I'm giving the property 3 stars instead of 5 is because of Jana."
