"The washers and dryers have been inoperable for two months. Many tenants do not have transportation to do their laundry elsewhere."

"The entrance was cluttered with debrus from the homeless camps that were a few feet away from the entrance. The building was not very clean. The showers were rusted and the floors were drenched with water from the showers. I'm sure there must be some public health issues in that building. There was even feces in the hallway as you entered the elevator. The public health department needs to make a surprise visit to that place. It is in violation for sure."
