"This review is for Jazzmine and in the way she’s poorly handled the waitlist for an additional parking space. For reference, I’m in a one bedroom apartment that comes with one parking space which is the garage parking space. Upon moving in at the last week of April I asked to be placed on the waitlist in which I was told that it may be weeks or a few months before I would progress and for this I was more than understanding. However, up until now there have been a lot of inconsistencies in the things that Jazzmine has stated over the policies of the waiting list. The last time I spoke to her was in September regarding my concerns with the issues I was having parking outside the complex. She reassured me that somehow my 7th place on the waitlist was 1st and that she would expedite the process and that I did not need to call that she would call me because she was in charge of the waitlist. This was towards the end of September and there was a project going and I was considerate and thought that would probably delay the process and patiently waited. She explained to me that everyone on the waitlist has two days to accept or decline the parking space offered to them. With the process being expedited and two business days, it is now November and I have still not heard from Jazzmine. The reviews that state she is caring and on top of things makes me question what is going on in this situation. I have not ever been rude or disrespectful towards her or her staff so I’m not understanding what is going on but at this point this situation has left me frustrated and ready to tell about my experience with Jazzmine."
