"Nice place ... but lack of parking spaces"
"I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management seem to be over worked, underpaid and unorganized to be actually making a difference here, They never seem to be able to get to the bottom of issues or concerns unless they are repeatedly reminded. Whenever I try to contact them, they're usually unreachable, I've had only a hand a handful of issues since I moved in, and it seems to take forever for them to even acknowledge my complaints, let alone fix them. Let me be Clear I’m not placing blame on Management alone. This goes beyond them this is to the higher up people in charge! The owner has done nothing to keep up with this property. And CONAM Management is a joke overall, instead of worrying about people’s belongings in their patio’s! try getting a Camera System that actually works so we can better benefit from for safety reasons or maybe just maybe BRING BACK A SECURITY GUARD to help! And stop raising the Rent if you don’t plan of updating/ upgrading, or fixing anything or addressing real problems that residents are having, my experience with this apartment has been frustrating and disappointing. “Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.""

"Somehow I ended up on the Emergency phone number because at 2:30 PM Saturday, they don't answer the phones. The phone system they use is horrible, distorted and not able to hear properly what the lady said ( On this ' emergency number / maintenance number ). When I said to ' please hold on so I can adjust volume ' .. SHE hung up on me. I called back and they purposely did not say hello, then hung up the call again. I called back again and the new lady didn't seem to care at all that her employee hung up on me and the comment about their phone system. I was very kind. If this is how this is going to be to even inquire on price and available... I would hate to know what it would be like living there and trying to deal with the staff. PASS! there are plenty of other places."
