"The main reason we found and rented our apartment here was due to the excellent, over the top service from Casey Baldwin in the leasing office. She answered my email immediately and followed up with every helpful suggestion to make the process as easy as possible to do everything remotely from Oakland. I hadn't had much luck with other locations when I sent emails and called but when I happened upon Casey she made it so easy the lease was signed in no time. And now that we have moved in Danielle and Gustavo have added to the great service we received from Casey by being so helpful when we drop by the leasing office with questions! Great place, great amenities - fantastic gym. We love it here."
"So let me just start with saying this place has been nothing short of amazing. The managing/leasing office is always so polite and made the application and move in process so seamless. My boyfriend and I love our unit and the amenities are to die for! We have been here for the past 6 months and have had no issues. We’ve only had to do 2 work requests for basic wear and tear/ maintenance and every request was answered swiftly and completed. I also want to touch on the noise complaints I’ve seen in other reviews and I have to say we have not run into that issue, of course the pool area is a spot that is frequented but nothing too crazy or worth complaining that It is something unwordly. We love It here lol"
