"This place has gud deals... but This a pretty old appartment. it need further more improvements like maintaining the swimming pool and get ridding the roaches. They are having a new manger who is promptly acting in time. They didn't have Gym and Guest parking."

"I have lived here for the past 3 years I am sad to leave as this place was a great deal. Maintenance addressed all of my issues promptly and the manager was very nice. Hopefully my work transfers me back in the area as I will truely miss this place."
"I lived here for almost 2 years. Horrible roaches when I moved in, and it flooded twice within the first 3 months. My ceiling was ripped out and they wouldn't even bring in fans to help dry the walls and carpets. instead they just waited 2 weeks to repair any of the walls or sheet rock. My apartment was barely livable, and I was never apologized to or compensated. Nothing is updated, just repaired after it breaks. Frequent gas/water shut offs. I stayed because it was cheap and a quiet neighborhood. It felt safe at first. After about a year there were so many problems that were never fixed. I had to call the emergency night manager several times and he never even showed up. Kids will be screaming and playing in the parking lot well after dark even though the lease states this is against several rules, the management will not enforce it. Now that I have moved out they took my whole deposits and are trying to charge and additional $150. Over the past 20 days I have called at least 20 times and never once has the phone been answered. I am trying to contest charges and the office manager (Joan) claims she has no authority to discuss it, but that I should mail and written disputes to her, and she will forward them to corporate. She will act like she cares, but is lazy and incapable of a professional position. The "Corporate" address for the complex (Gold Coast Pacifica Partners) is just a mailbox so that she doesn't have to deal with people face to face and can send them on wild goose chases. Disgusting apartments. Apathetic lying employees. Shady business. Avoid at all cost!"
