"AV8 is so cool. I love the place. First of all the location in the middle of little Italy is super fun. You can walk to about 60 restaurants and Cafes. The bay is a short walk away. There are views from some of the Units and a great view of the roof top Deck. We have to the Midway and Balboa park and downtown from AV8. It is just in the heart of all the fun."

"The staff makes this apartment complex such a nice place to live. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and quick to find solutions when issues arise. Maintenance requests are completed within a day or two. The sky deck has a view of the boats/water as well as the planes landing and taking off. Walls are designed to block out any outside noise!"

I couldn’t have made a better decision! My apartment is beautiful with lots of light and a great view. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile when I come and go. The location is perfect. There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance but it doesn’t feel too congested. The amenities like the rooftop deck and workout room round out the plethora of reasons why I love AV8!"
