Mesa Village Apartments

"The worst experience i ever had in my life living here for the past year! Neighbors are super rude, mean and disrespectful They smoke around buildings and talk bad words to you if you asking them to stop smoking. They yeld at you in the parking lot for no reason. Most of them are elderly and don’t have jobs and only keep watching others what they do! After several complaints at the office nothing was done! Apartments are also old and never had anything fix . The bathroom sink and bath tub are always having a disgusting smell and rust around the drain , same with the kitchen one. I have been ask from the begin to have it changed but they never did. They told me they will have to replace the whole sink. Helloo… yes that is exactly what you should have done from the first place. So disappointed and I can’t wait to move as it looks like even the kids are not welcome. They also complain that the kids are too loud, when especially my kids are never home , only after 8 pm How are they loud ?? . To let you know al kids are ment to be loud and run and scream , that is what all kids do , if you all don’t like it maybe all of you neighbors should move out in the forest where is more quite! So stay away, there are better apartments and upgraded around! And all of you pets owner, if i would be like you complaining about kids, i’m not sure why you think your dogs can bark so much and loud and live waste around in the grass , and especially you all that don’t pickup the waste?? Parking other issue, the one that are marked are always empty because the neighbors park always on street where the guest should park so if you have a second car or guests there is never parking!! So with that said is anyone else would like to live here after all this??? Noo definitely!"

"I absolutely love living here! The property is always clean and my neighbors are quiet, respectful and friendly! If you need any help, the leasing office manager, Alexis, is the best! She is responsive and really takes care of the tenants! Michael the maintenance manager is quick to fix any issues in your apartment and super respectful of your home. Thank you Mesa Village!"

"Got to say, renting an apartment here was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The expensive rent can't be helped considering the location, but I believe that we're getting a great bang for our buck with the amount of space as opposed to comparable apartments in Mira Mesa. Alexis is very courteous and has moreover helped me out in a lot of ways, and the inclusive parking is very rare to find in San Diego. Overall, definitely recommend residing here!"

"I recently visited the Mesa Village Apts for a walk thru for a 1 bdrm unit. I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I met Alexis Villa as my guide. She was prompt for our viewing, welcoming personality and most important, she was very knowledgeable about the property and units, HONEST and good insight on future availabilities. She is PRICELESS!!!! REMM is very lucky they have someone as competent as Alexis managing their properties. I say this from my recent experience, I was recently scammed out of a unit and all my money, which has been devastating and difficult to bounce back from. I have also dealt with soooo many bad property management people and properties, I just wanted to give up on my search, BUT then I met Alexis, she gave me HOPE of a possible available unit in the future, I felt safe giving her my money, and for the first time in my search for a new place to live since I was scammed, I walked away feeling better and had a great rest of my day. I would highly recommend Mesa Village to any and all I come across who may be looking for a wonderful place to live. "After living here for a year I feel I can finally give a review on our experience at Mesa Village. Can pretty much sum it up by saying we definitely won’t be renewing our lease. While the leasing office was always friendly & responsive or maintenance would fix any issue within 1 day of notice, this place is gross and cheap. — The area is TERRIBLE with car break ins and thieves!!! — They allowed neighbor on the side of us to stockpile TRASH on their patio and doorstep which resulted in cockroaches coming through our bathroom. — Management allowed the other neighbor on the opposite side to smoke in his apartment (lease says you aren’t allowed to) & we can smell it 24/7. — walls are very thin and rattle badly when people go up and down stairs — They just cover walls in heavy coats of paint after each tenant, resulting in extremely sticky shelves and peeling paint. 1 bedroom definitely isn’t worth the price we pay."
